The Service allows you to book appointments, view your medical records, and communicate with medicureclinic's staff. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is a booking and records management tool. It does not replace professional medical judgment. In a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest emergency room directly rather than relying on this Service.

3. Appointments

Appointments booked through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant clinic or doctor. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

4. Accounts for Minors

If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian authorized to consent to their medical care and to manage their account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access another patient's records without authorization, submitting false information, or interfering with the normal operation of the Service.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for consultations and services are set by medicureclinic and communicated to you at the time of booking or billing. Payment terms will be shown at checkout where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with the Service are owned by medicureclinic or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, medicureclinic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Egyptian law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
